Terms and conditions
1. Scope
These terms apply to transfer bookings made on antalyatransfers.org, operated by RED SEA MARKETING & E-BOOKING MANAGEMENT LTD, Company No. 17474816 (England & Wales), 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom ("we"). The transport itself is performed by licensed local transport partners.
2. Booking and contract
A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation with a booking reference and, where required, the online payment has been received. Please check all details in your confirmation and tell us about any mistakes immediately.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are fixed per vehicle and include the agreed route, meet and greet, flight tracking, waiting time for flight delays and child seats requested at booking. Part of the price may be payable online when booking and the remainder in cash to the driver, as shown before you confirm.
4. Your responsibilities
Please provide correct flight details, hotel name, passenger numbers and a mobile number on which you can be reached. Extra stops, changed destinations or additional luggage beyond the vehicle's capacity may cost extra or require a larger vehicle.
5. Waiting time
For airport arrivals, meet the local representative at the counter and terminal indicated in your confirmation, outside the arrivals hall. They will escort you to the vehicle. Keep your phone available and report delays. For hotel pickups, please be ready at the agreed time; extended waiting may affect the transfer.
6. Cancellation
Cancellations are handled according to our cancellation policy.
7. Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or other circumstances outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
