After baggage reclaim, exit the arrivals hall and go to the lettered transfer reception counter assigned to your booking. Meet the local representative there—not the driver inside the terminal. How to find your transfer, step by step
These are photographs supplied by our Antalya transport partner. They show examples of the reception area, signs, waiting space and vehicles; the assigned meeting point can vary by booking.
1Collect your luggage and exit arrivals
After passport control and baggage reclaim, go through customs and leave the arrivals hall. Keep your booking reference and phone available.
2Find the lettered transfer reception counters
Just outside arrivals, look for the transfer company reception area, typically a short walk to the left of the exit according to the local supplier. Follow current signage and the counter letter in your confirmation. The photographed A is only an example.
3Show your booking to the representative
At your assigned desk, give the lead passenger's name or booking reference. The local representative verifies your reservation and explains the next step.
4Follow the designated passenger walkway
Your representative will direct or accompany you to the private transfer pick-up area. Follow current airport signs, barriers and safe pedestrian routes.
5Continue to the vehicle collection zone
Follow your representative to the correct vehicle zone. Zone numbers and bay signs in photos are examples—not a guaranteed pick-up location.
6Use the covered waiting area if needed
If the vehicle is not yet at the collection point, your representative can direct you to the designated waiting space, which may have seating and shade.
7Keep your phone reachable
Our local partner reports fans and a nearby Wi-Fi point in the waiting area. Availability can vary; use your mobile connection whenever possible.
8Meet your driver at the vehicle
When the vehicle arrives, the representative confirms the correct vehicle and introduces you to your driver for the private journey to your hotel.
