In short
- Confirm that your arrival airport is Antalya (AYT), not Gazipaşa–Alanya (GZP).
- Choose the exact hotel and destination area, not just a nearby resort name.
- Count every passenger, including babies, and state how many child seats you need.
- Save the secure booking-page link and check your assigned meeting details before travel.
Six things to check before booking
- 1
Check the airport code
Look at your flight confirmation: Antalya Airport is AYT. Gazipaşa–Alanya is GZP and is a different airport. A transfer booked from the wrong airport can cause a missed pickup.
- 2
Use the full hotel name
Include the property's complete name and area. Similar resort names occur along the coast, especially around Belek, Side and Alanya. Add a note if the hotel appears under a different name.
- 3
Enter the arrival flight
Provide your flight number, arrival date and local scheduled landing time. The flight number helps the supplier identify terminal details and monitor changes.
- 4
Count all travellers and bags
Include adults, children and infants, plus suitcases, pushchairs and any unusually large items. Vehicle capacity applies to passengers and practical luggage space.
- 5
Request child seats explicitly
State the number of child seats and children's ages at booking. Seat availability and any applicable terms should be confirmed before travel.
- 6
Save the booking case link
Your booking page displays your reference, messages and payment information. Save the secure link privately and use it to tell the team about flight or hotel changes.
Which Antalya hotel area should I choose?
Antalya is a wide region. Lara and Kundu are near the airport; Belek and Kadriye lie farther east; Side, Sorgun, Kumköy and Manavgat form another hotel area; Kemer sits to the west; Alanya and its surrounding resorts are farther along the eastern coast.
The correct destination area matters because the transfer price is per vehicle and depends on the area and group size. If your hotel is on an area boundary, check its official address before confirming the booking.
What happens after the booking form?
After submitting the form, save the booking reference and the secure booking-page link displayed on screen. Messages, status and payment details are available in that case. Online checkout is offered when payment processing is enabled; otherwise the team provides instructions.
Once your transfer is assigned and confirmed, review the exact meeting details for your arrival terminal. Because airports and local arrangements can change, follow the instructions for your booking rather than relying on a generic airport meeting point.
Should I book a return transfer at the same time?
If you know your departure flight, a return booking keeps both journeys together. Our quote applies a 10% discount to the return leg when you book both directions. Add the departure date and flight number accurately so the pickup plan can be confirmed.
Do not confuse the scheduled departure time of your flight with your hotel pickup time. The team should confirm the latter based on your route and departure details.
