Cancellation policy
Free cancellation
You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Any amount paid online is refunded in full to your original payment method.
Late cancellation and no-show
For cancellations between 48 and 24 hours before pickup, 50% of the online amount is refunded. For cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup, or if the passenger does not appear at the meeting point, the online amount is not refunded.
Flight delays and changes
If your flight is delayed, we adjust the pickup at no extra cost. If your flight is cancelled or moved, tell us as soon as possible through your booking page and we will change the transfer free of charge where we can.

Open the secure booking-page link shown when you booked and send us a message, or write to booking@antalyatransfers.org with your booking reference.
